Murali Gokki co-leads the retail performance improvement practice. He brings in 20+ years of experience delivering high-impact strategic and business transformational solutions for global retail, wholesale, and consumer products companies. He has served as a trusted advisor to private equity firms, c-suite leaders, and boards on addressing strategic and operational challenges faced by their companies. He has led projects in North America, Europe and Asia.
Mr. Gokki also has significant experience advising both private equity and strategic buyers on their M&A transactions across the deal cycle. He has extensive experience in leading transformation projects post-acquisition and delivering on value creation opportunities at an accelerated timeline. Before joining BRG, Mr. Gokki held leadership roles at AlixPartners’ retail practice, primarily servicing the fashion sector and broader retail M&AD services and solutions. Before AlixPartners, he managed consulting engagements at Dassault Systèmes and Kurt Salmon Associates.
