With a decade of design experience, Saloni Gupta serves as the Textile Program Manager at Kintra Fibers—a materials science company known for its proprietary bio-based and biodegradable polyester. At Kintra, Saloni is instrumental in harmonizing product development and manufacturing processes to meet the design and sustainability standards of high-profile brand partners, including H&M, Inditex, Bestseller, Reformation, and Pangaia. Before joining the Kintra team, Saloni made her mark in design and production management roles at J.Crew and Madewell. There, she was responsible for an array of tasks ranging from trend analysis and product development to steamling sourcing initiatives.
