Mansi Thar Arora has been in the industry for over 20 years starting as a sourcing assistant in apparel. Over the course of her career, she has held various positions in the apparel industry at Bill Blass, Jones Apparel Group, and One Jeanswear managing branded and wholesale business and private label before joining Sparc Group LLC. She has seen the industry change and become more complex but is excited to see how we evolve as an industry, especially how it relates to sustainability, ESG, vendor partnership, marketing, technology, and the use of AI. She is passionate about focusing on constant learning and improvement and looks at challenges as a way to grow and learn.
